Many laughed not only bring joy, but also useful in the treatment of disease. But laugh how?

When was the last time you can laugh freely, without interruption by the burden of thinking at all? Routines that we live every day, sometimes make us forget that just any laugh out loud we need to do every day. Because laughing can make us stay happy, free from tension, and a lot of stress, despite facing various difficulties.
